The extremely short hydraulic expansion toolholder from SCHUNK frees up additional space between the machine spindle and workpiece. In this way, even large workpieces can be precisely machined. Tool clamping of the TENDO-ES is done directly in the mounting shank. As a result a higher radial rigidity at high torques is achieved.
