KONTEC KSS - the mechanical clamping force powerhouse

A new addition to SCHUNK’s product range of quick change pallet systems is the NSE 138-T.
The new NSE 138-T assembly module was especially designed for tombstones. Thanks to its minimal mounting height of 11 mm, it can be positioned and mounted directly on the plane surface of tombstones.

Wireless RSS pressure monitoring for optimum production reliability
For monitoring clamping pressure with lathe chuck for O.D. clamping operations. By means of wireless sensor systems, the clamping pressure is monitored automatically and regularly, even during machining. The signal is transmitted directly to the machine control system via the transmitter unit.

The new TENDO GZB-S intermediate sleeves (outside diameter – 8 mm) supplement the range of existing intermediate sleeves. The clamping range extends from 0.8 to 6.0 mm, in increments of 0.1 millimeters.
