KONTEC KSC - the all-rounder

KONTEC KSC is the centric-clamping device and single-acting vise for nearly all workpieces, irrespective of whether conventional clamping is involved, whether very small clamping depths for five-sided machining are required, or whether molded parts, plates or workpieces with saw cuts are concerned - KONTEC KSC ensures that adjustments can be made in no time at all.
KONTEC KSC features a sophisticated and highly-developed top jaw system, developed specifically for the requirements of a wide range of users.
The modular structure and the well-thought out, future-oriented design of the KONTEC KSC even facilitates assembling high supporting jaws for 5-axis machines with the new turret jaw or a universal adapter plate.
KONTEC KSC is simple to actuate using a torque wrench.
Alignment on the machine table is facilitated via longitudinal and transverse grooves.
Impressive features of the KONTEC KSC are its extensive range of jaws, the integrated coolant draining groove in the base body, and the fact that it can be retrofitted for the SCHUNK UNILOCK quick change pallet system. Even conversion from centric-clamping device to a clamping module for fixed jaws is quick and easy to do.
