VERO-S gets to the heart of improved productivity
and reduces set-up times by up to 90 %. Setting
up the workpieces outside the machine in parallel
to the processing time minimizes downtimes
enormously – a crucial factor when it comes to
cost savings in the process chain. Especially in
small batch quantities and a comprehensive range
of workpieces, very significant cost advantages
can be achieved with quick change pallet systems.

Manual and automated loading – all in one

All in one: An air purge connection and a monitoring
option of the clamping slides are integrated as standard
equipment in every VERO-S module. Each module can
thus also be used as needed for a process reliable,
fully automated fitting.

The manual and automated loading option provides high
flexibility and significantly reduces investment costs. Because air connections are available on both the
bottom and the side, the modules can be used quite
flexibly in any installation position.
