Drilling in aluminium extrusion profiles for land guiding with PCD special stepped reaming tool

Applying stepped bores in aluminum profiles

Advantages:

The service life of the very expensive PCD special stepped reaming tool was increased 2-3 times with SINO-T. In this application, the user also struggles with high vibrations occuring as a result of the set-up. SINO-T helps to partially compensate them during the machining process.
