Improved technology
The new ROTA-S plus 2.0 replaces the most-purchased hand-operated chuck from SCHUNK in sizes 160 - 315 mm. The collet bar drive was optimized for constantly high clamping forces and a quick-change jaw system enables fast and easy jaw changing in less than one minute.

Optimized variability
A new feature is the optional modular protection sleeve system. With a closed protection sleeve or depth stop, the ROTA-S plus 2.0 can be adapted very quickly and optimally to the clamping task. The highlight of this system is the manual arbor, which is driven by the chuck jaws. This enables high-precision clamping of even small inner diameters.

Maximum operating safety
In optimizing the system, the focus was on operating safety: The display pin was placed on the chuck body for optimal performance. The jaw securing device helps to completely eliminate operator errors. The improved lubrication system guarantees constantly high clamping forces.
