ADR turning ring set
safety, precision, time savings
The compact, lightweight and attractively priced ADR turning ring sets make child‘s play of precise turning or grinding of soft chuck jaws. Instead of a variety of different rings, the SCHUNK
turning ring sets mean you only need a few turning washers to implement clamping diameters for O.D. clamping in 2 mm steps. The necessary individual dimension is defined using three bolts that are screwed around the circumference of the washers before machining.

KONTEC KSO single-acting gripper for small parts
The all-rounder for small parts
The KSO is SCHUNK‘s specially-developed single-acting gripper for small parts. Its fundamental principle is based on an encapsulated spindle drive which quickly and simply brings the jaws to the desired clamping position. The workpieces are held securely in O.D. or I.D. clamping by means of the appropriate tightening torque. The long jaw guides ensure maximum precision during clamping by reducing lifting of the jaws and workpiece when the clamping force is applied.

MAGNOS Performance Line
up to 40% lower procurement costs
SCHUNK makes it possible to start using square pole technology at a reasonable cost. The investment costs for square pole plates in the MAGNOS Performance Line series are up to 40% lower than those for conventional, versatile, modifiable MAGNOS square pole plates. One especially positive feature
is that there is no difference in quality and holding force compared to regular square pole plates. SCHUNK achieves this efficiency simply by reducing the range of variants. The manufacturer does not offer any individual modifications in the value-for-money range.

TRIBOS SVP- 4 clamping device:
The new generation
The new TRIBOS SVP-4 clamping device puts the SCHUNK polygonal clamping
technology into the top position due to a consequent optimization of weight
and size, at an affordable price. The noise emission of the pumps during the
clamping operation has been reduced to a minimum. Even in terms of energy
supply, less means more: The SVP-4 only needs a socket with 220 V alternating
current.
