Pendulum Jaws
For clamping thin-walled workpieces. Deformation of the workpiece is significantly reduced by the uniform arrangement of the clamping points on the perimeter (6x60°).
Also ideally suited for workpieces with an irregular surface (cast products).

Quick Change Jaw System
SCHUNK quick-change jaws impress through their simple handling, and reduce the set-up time with their rapid jaw changing. The interchangeable inserts also allow an extremely large clamping range, with no need to alter the supporting jaw.

For using finely serrated top jaws on the jaw quick-change chuck, we provide base jaws with grooves and guide strips, or with T-grooves and sliding blocks.

If gap-free clamping is not possible with Claw Jaws and/or Hard Stepped Top Jaws on your quick-change chuck, you can bridge gaps with base jaws SFG-V or GBK-V (1/2 tooth offset).

Claw Jaws - More bite for workpiece clamping
Claw jaws are used for safe clamping of workpieces
if high transmissible RPMs are needed.
The claw jaws bite into the workpiece surface to
securely hold the workpiece.
As of chuck diameter 200 mm the SCHUNK claw jaws
have a third row of teeth for outside clamping to
improve concentricity and stability of the workpiece.
