The die-cast blanks are clamped in two clamping set-ups and machined completely.
1. Set-up:
- 1 x double bracket, complete (L x W x H = 200 x 500 x 900 mm)
- 8 x base rails, type KSM 90
- Top jaws, for clamping 4 workpieces
2. Set-up:
- 1 x clamping tower, complete (L x W x H = 350 x 350 x 850 mm)
- 16 x base rails, type KSM 90
- Top jaws, for clamping 4 workpieces
- Complete machining of the workpieces in two set-ups
- Multiple clamping system, for setting up 4 workpieces
