Field-proven applications
Here is a small selection of individual solutions for individual industries.

Clamping solutions for inlet rotors (are used in turbochargers for ship diesel engines) made of an aluminum alloy in various sizes. The largest workpiece weighs 270 kg and a diameter of nearly 700 mm. The end face and then the center bore hole are to be machined during the clamping at a speed of 600 rpm
In order to be able to reliably clamp the larger compressor wheel, segment jaws were made of aluminum, on which the component is placed and then clamped. By using segment jaws, extensive clamping of the component can be ensured. In addition, by using aluminum as the jaw material, the centrifugal forces, and thus the loss of clamping force during the turning operation, are reduced. Various jaws were produced for the different sizes.
