Cutlet racks of up to 6 kg in weight and a diameter variance of up to ø 40 mm should be reliably gripped and placed in a deboning machine.
For handling, two food grippers are used with a connection plate made of stainless steel and specially made gripper fingers. An integrated spring ensures the gripping force is maintained in the event of a power failure. The required end position monitoring is done by integrated magnetic switches.
