Field-proven applications
Here is a small selection of individual solutions for individual industries.
|
Components for pump/nozzle motors should be turned between individual machining steps.
The workpiece is clamped using a three-jawed chuck on the rotary table of a machining center. After machining the first side of the workpiece, the small-part gripper mounted on the stroke unit removes the workpiece and transfers it to the swivel gripping unit. This turns the workpiece by 180°. The workpiece is now gripped on the already machined side and is fed to the three-jawed chuck for further machining using the stroke unit. Due to the contaminated working environment, all components are operated with purge air and a tight small-part gripped is selected.
- Compact design for minimal interference contours
- Two-sided machining possible
- No hose breakthrough thanks to internal air feed-through
- Gripping force is maintained by pressure maintenance valve in the event of a power failure
- Repeat accuracy 0.02 mm for precise positioning
