A machine tool is to be loaded with crown wheels.
The crown wheels are gripped by special fingers, produced by the customer, and are then swiveled up by 90°. The two grippers then transfer these to a clamping device in the machine. Via a pressing plate on the PFH, the crown wheels are precisely pressed into the device. The position is queried during the entire handling operation via proximity switches, which are arranged above a V8 distributor. To ensure the pneumatic modules work without interference, the air is supplied internally through the swivel unit.
