Here is a small selection of individual solutions for individual industries.

The soft cheese is to be turned during the aging process for generating the edible mold layer. The bottom support, on which the trays are securely fastened, are to be transferred with the same unit.
The unit moves with the empty tray (=aging cage made of stainless steel) over the top tray of the stack, which is loaded with cheese. The pieces of cheese are clamped and turned between the two trays. Silicone pillows are integrated on a stroke device in the gripper and move vertically between one of the aging cages to ensure the depositing process. The process includes stacking and turning of 20 trays.
- Automation of an activity which up to now was done manually under very extreme conditions (salty air at high humidity at 14°C).
- With one unit, possible to turn the cheese and transfer the bottom support.
- Same quality guaranteed by regular turning and gentle depositing process. Easy-to-clean and hygienic (H1-conforming lubricants, V2A stainless steel) design of the gripper unit
- Resistant to aggressive cleaning agents
