Mill an air inlet slot on the windshield.
Since this is a part which is visible, it must be done with the highest quality. There must be no fringes on the leather, and there must also be no rework.
The air inlet slot is milled with TRIBOS-S polygonal chuck.
TRIBOS-S SK 30 Ø 20 mm with 6-cutter Ø 32 mm, shaft diameter 20 mm, VHM plastic cutter.
- Maximum true running 0.003 mm
- Rework-free cut in the case of polyurethane, as well as with leather
- Secure clamping thanks to one-piece design
- No speed noises thanks to smooth surface on the outer diameter
Sandwich design
GRP insert --> very abrasive, high wear, foamed with semi-hard foam/polyurethane. The decor skin is made of polyurethane or decor leather.

Machining speed n = 20000 rpm
