Machining of plastic for manufacturing a bracket for a special machine. This is used in the cosmetics industry.
Use of TENDO hydraulic expansion toolholders with intermediate sleeves:
TENDO SDF-E SK 40 Ø 20 mm + intermediate sleeve GZB-S with peripheral coolant for reducing the diameter from 20 to 16 mm. The tool is a ball cutter made of carbide, Ø 16 mm,
projecting length 50 mm, 3 blades.
