Finish milling of circular pockets with high precision.
Use of SINO-T universal chuck SK 40 with various diameters.
The dimensions are now excellent within a tolerance of 0.01 mm. The tool service life is considerably improved, micro-blowouts on the blade are drastically reduced or are eliminated completely.
There are low tool and tool grinding costs. The achieved surface quality on the workpiece is considerably improved.
When finishing circular pockets with Weldon chucks, deviations of up to 0.04 mm were measured on the workpiece with the previous toolholders. By using SINO-T, with its very good dynamic characteristics, the dimensions now lie within the tolerance of 0.01 mm.
