Field-proven applications
Here is a small selection of individual solutions for individual industries.

Diagonally serrated gears should be alternately transferred from left to right and vice versa from the horizontal position (lying down) to the vertical position (standing) on conveyor belts.
Transfer unit is mounted upside-down between two columns. For the transfer operation, the carriage of the linear unit, with the stroke/swivel gripper unit adapted to it, moves to the end point of the axis over the conveyor belt with the arriving gears. The stroke unit moves down and the gripper grips the gear from the belt. While the stroke unit moves up again and the carriage moves to the opposite end point to the other conveyor belt, the swivel unit swivels the gear by 90° in the vertical position for depositing on the belt. The cycle time for a transfer operation is 20 seconds.
- Large-stroke gripper for handling large workpiece in various formats
- Bend-proof portal axis for minimum bending of the linear axis at high weight
- Highly reliable performance by querying various finger positions via pressure switch
- Gripper unit operated with air purge (0.5 bar) to protect against penetrating cooling lubricant emulsion.
- Gripping force safety device in the event of pressure drop via spring
