Gears of various dimensions should be gripped on the inside. The module should load a Hänel LEAN LIFT.
The module is mounted to an OTC robot (weight by itself 6 kg). The robot removes the gears from the supply belt and places them on the depositing plate of the elevator. After depositing, the workpieces are stored with the LEAN LIFT.
- Automated intermediate storage of parts before final assembly
- Coupling the robot control with OPR and the Hänel LEAN LIFT for maximum reliable performance
- Various diameters can be gripped.
