Completely mounted gas pressure springs should be palleted with the lowest possible spacing. Any existing vacuum gripper should be replaced.
Gas pressure springs are vertically prepared for palleting by a 6x-gripper after final assembly. The robot with the adapted gripper with permanent magnets removes these and stacks them in layers on pallets in steel boxes.
- Interference contours (unevenness due to stamps, etc. on outer diameter) no longer influence the sure gripping of the parts.
- Minimum deadweight of the gripper unit compared to the old vacuum solution.
- Smallest possible gauge between the individual springs for maximum use of space in the depositing box
